Lack of Trust, Respect or Recognition


Ask yourself: “What would you do if you were not trusted or respected?”

Most of us would be very confused.
You would never know if you were doing the right thing or if you were going to get in trouble for what you actually do.

Now add to that, a feeling of not being given recognition for what you do contribute.

Employees are not looking for “Praise”.

They are looking for:
“Am I valued as an employee?
Do I do good work?
And, do they even know what I do for this company?”
